The partnership focuses on the students aged between 13 and 16 years old. The main aim is their development from different perspectives so that, by the end of this educational level, the students should be prepared and active citizens of the European Union. The project is part of a process and it is by its very nature destined to develop under the influence of all those participating.          The stability and development of a united Europe depends mainly on the human factor. Taking into consideration that today more and more importance is placed on the quantity not quality, it is essential for a society to take advantage of some members interested in a positive and qualitative development (personal, local, national and European).         The project promotes a series of creative approaches which constitute the support of the activities developed during the whole project. The activities of the project were thought in such a way that the creative part of the student personality should be stimulated and used. Thus, they should be aware of the various problems the contemporary society deals with and should try to find real solutions to these problems. Starting from the organization of the teams, continuing with the planning of the activities and the implementation of the tasks assigned and finalizing with the evaluation and dissemination procedures, the project will have a great impact on the local educational environment as a special importantance will be given to the students activity.         The feed-back will be a valuable indicator of the positive impact related to the introduction and implementation of the project in the educational process.         Although the students are the focus, the project comes with mobilities both for them and for the teachers, trying to extend the creative approach to the other branches of the educational system. Moreover, the activities of the project are going to have a major impact on the local community as the the project should result in identifiable products which meet the students’ needs and not only. The final product of the project will be represented by the website, where all the creative works will be published, insisting on their beneficent evolution. Furthermore, every participating school will have a guestbook that includes the various opinions of those involved in the activities.         Using the educational and creative dimension of the project both in the near and distant future, the participating schools may initiate a tradition, so that the students who have already been taught, will become the teachers in an attempt of personal development.         It must be emphasized that the project is the best suitable way for cooperation. It is the result of the contribution of six partners, most of the countries come from the eastern Europe(Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania), new members of the European Union, a country from the western Europe(Italy) but also a candidate country(Turkey). Thus, the project comes to meet the European politics based on common goals and standards.
